Shipping policy
We ship all orders from our main fulfillment location in Paris, France to a wide range of international destinations, including most countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout based on the active shipping policies for your country or region (for example: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and many EU countries).
Shipping rates are usually flat‑rate by country or region and are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and selected service. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for nearby destinations to around 6–14 business days for long‑haul international shipments, depending on the carrier and route.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once your order has been dispatched. Any delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, as orders cannot always be changed once they have been placed. For deliveries outside France and the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by your country’s authorities; these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
